A Maryland male with a story of mental illness was systematic hold but bail Wednesday on charges that he snuck aboard a jetliner during Kennedy Airport but a ticket.

Ronald Youchen Wong, 30, of Chevy Chase, breached confidence in Terminals 2 and 4 before handling to house a Delta moody firm for San Francisco on Feb. 24, according to a censure filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.
